For us –living
in the South of Holland-, the beautiful
old town of Malaga is only a few hours flying and it brings you into a
completely different world. Even in early spring the weather is lovely and people
tend to live outside. Most tourists are so friendly as to go to the beaches of
Torremolinos and the rest of the Costa del Sol.
So in
Malaga you’ll find yourself among the locals grilling fish on the beach or
taking a stroll in the old town and visiting one of the majestic catholic
churches. Catholicism and its rituals
are very much alive in Malaga. Apart from the enthustiastic screaming parakeets, it’s a
peaceful and friendly place, especially in the parks and in the spacious botanic
garden. I hope to pass on some of this special atmosphere… Enjoy!
